    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented individual for a Business Developer role we have available. In this position you will research and identify qualified leads, follow up on client relationships, and facilitate the creation of marketing/sales initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Research and identify new lead opportunities, while updating the sales CRM database.
    • Work with outside vendors (i.e. Savvy, BuyerZone) to secure leads.
    • Initiate 30-40 calls a day to potential, targeted customers, and follow up daily.
    • Vet leads thoroughly for the Outside Sales Team ensuring there is a legitimate need for a service estimate.
    • Schedule appointments and manage calendars maximizing Outside Sales’ calendar availability.
    • Manage the lead flow for outside sales.
    • Drive internal business growth by targeting client relationships.
    • Establish rapport with clients contacting them daily through phone calls, emails, hand-written notes, and arranging meetings with them for the outside sales team.
    • Achieve sales revenue goals and objectives for new account sales, supply sales, and special services.
    • Facilitate the creation, improvement and implementation of internal marketing strategies to grow market share and brand awareness.
    • Participate in and attend scheduled team meetings and one-on-one weekly meetings.
    • Perform other duties as may be assigned by management

    Qualifications:

    • Detailed and highly process oriented
    • 3-5 years of experience with Inside Sales.
    • Experience researching, qualifying, and following up on leads to meet and exceed company metrics.
    • Experience using online platforms (such as SalesForce, ZoomInfo, Google Maps, and Google+ Review) to find qualified leads.
    • Experience with marketing avenues, such as SEO, PPC, and Constant Contact.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and flourish with minimal guidance/
    • Motivated by achieving metrics.

    Note: This position is located in Huntersville, NC. A background check and Drug Screen will be conducted in accordance with federal and local requirements.
