Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Account Executive to join our team. As an integral part of our sales force, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and cultivating relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
Actively prospect and generate leads to expand our client base.
Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities and client interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
Self-starter with high level of initiative, personal accountability, and a strong sense of urgency.
Must possess and demonstrate superior attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects and priorities.
Proven success in outside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving sales environment.
Knowledge of the office supply, office furniture, janitorial & sanitation or other facility operations is a plus.
Valid Driver's License.
Ability to travel as a tool to establish new accounts and support existing relationships.
