The Business Development Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative, operational, and organizational support to the BD and Contracts departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and organizational experience providing support for an award-winning graphic design company. The position would be full-time in the San Clemente or Los Angeles office. Responsibilities: Duties include assisting with numerous office BD efforts including but not limited to the following: • Coordinate business development activities, including target clients and incoming leads, follow-ups, and tracking opportunity status in Hubspot • Database tracking and system process development • Collecting, reviewing, and responding to RFPs • Writing proposals in collaboration with the BD lead • Assist with reviewing contracts • Assisting in the creation and reporting of proposal and contract metrics • Creation of project paperwork and calendars • Respond to inbound calls for project inquiries • Assist with NDA and insurance compliance • Administrative and facility back up Qualifications: The team member must be reliable, detail oriented, strong in customer service, respectful of confidential information, and very organized. Must have knowledge of the following systems: • Must have worked in an Architectural, Landscape or Engineering firm for 2+ years in the BD or Contracts department • Hubspot • Microsoft Word and Excel • Gmail email and calendars • Mac iOS system-based knowledge • Accounting software knowledge, a plus Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 yearly
