    Key Responsibilities:

    As an Entry-Level Business Development Associate , you will:

    • Identify potential clients , uncover emerging industry trends , and highlight new business opportunities.
    • Organize meetings and presentations with prospective clients to assess their needs and present tailored solutions.
    • Partner with the sales team to craft compelling proposals and impactful presentations that meet client objectives.
    • Establish and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Assist in creating strategic marketing materials to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
    • Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscapes to drive business growth.
    • Monitor sales activities , track pipeline progress, and report key performance metrics to meet and exceed targets.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client expectations.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Marketing , or a related field (preferred but not required).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and teams.
    • Passionate about sales , with a goal-oriented mindset and the drive to exceed sales targets.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities , stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative environment.
    • Previous experience in sales, business development , or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
