    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our reach within the skilled nursing home industry. This individual will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with decision-makers, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a skilled salesperson with extensive experience networking within the industry, attending regional nursing home conferences, and selling complex solutions to multi-location organizations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and the ability to establish long-term partnerships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify and target potential customers for business expansion.
    • Develop and execute actionable business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
    • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to network and promote company services.
    • Schedule and conduct meetings with key stakeholders and decision-makers in skilled nursing facilities.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitch materials.
    • Participate in sales meetings, providing insights and updates on business development efforts.
    • Conduct in-person visits to facilities to maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction post-acquisition.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with operational goals.
    • Track and report key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the healthcare or skilled nursing industry.
    • Extensive experience attending regional nursing home conferences in the tri-state area.
    • Strong background in selling complex solutions to multi-location companies.
    • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with key industry decision-makers.
    • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Ability to develop and execute strategic business growth initiatives.
    • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and on-site facility visits.

    Compensation:

    • Base Salary: $150,000 - $175,000
    • Generous commission and bonus structure based on performance
