    • Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, forecasting, and tracking sales performance to ensure alignment with revenue goals.
    • Client Relationship Building: Dedicate 75% of your time to identifying and establishing new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
    • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to ensure sales strategies are aligned with company objectives, with a focus on sectors such as heat exchangers and refinery expansions.
    • Quality & Safety: Maintain a strong focus on upholding the highest standards of quality and safety in every aspect of the sales process.
    • Collaboration: Work alongside internal teams to troubleshoot challenges, share insights, and maintain seamless communication across departments.

    Specific Duties:

    • Manage and develop key accounts while overseeing sales forecasts and budgets.
    • Ensure effective cash flow management by monitoring payment terms and collections.
    • Collaborate with risk management to negotiate favorable terms and conditions for clients.
    • Cultivate relationships with new clients while providing continued service to existing customers.
    • Work closely with the estimating team to create accurate and competitive proposals.
    • Contribute valuable insights into proposal strategies, resource allocation, and execution.
    • Oversee accounts receivable follow-ups to ensure timely payments.
    • Travel: Expected travel 30-40%, including occasional meetings at our Cincinnati, OH plant.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, specifically in products like Pressure Vessels, Reactors, Jacketed Reactors, and similar high-engineered products.
    • Industry Experience: Previous work in chemical, petrochemical, bio-industrial, bio-renewable, or specialty chemicals industries. (Note: Food and beverage industry experience is not relevant.)
    • Expertise in Hard Metals: Proven background in selling highly engineered products using nickel alloys and other hard metals (not light stainless steel).
    • Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales plans for acquiring new business.
    • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Selling Skills: Strong consultative selling skills, with a focus on relationship-building and problem-solving.
    • Fabrication Experience: Experience in fabrication or manufacturing processes is a plus.
    • Sector Knowledge: Previous exposure to heat exchangers and refinery expansions is an advantage.

If you are a proactive, results-oriented sales professional with a passion for driving growth in the engineering and industrial sectors, we’d love to hear from you!
