We are seeking a Regional Business Development Consultant who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys relationship-building, and excels at multitasking.     Position Overview:

    As a Business Development Consultant, you will be key in promoting and selling our franchise services. You will have the chance to expand our commercial customer base by building relationships and demonstrating the value of SERVPRO® services. This position involves strategic business development, cultivating relationships, and ensuring top-notch customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    Achieve or surpass sales goals by managing the sales cycle, setting appointments, and maintaining contact lists.

    Educate commercial clients on the benefits of our services, including the Emergency Ready Plan.

    Develop and maintain relationships with key commercial contacts and industry influencers.

    Provide accurate job estimates and oversee project scope and service delivery.

    Monitor and follow up on projects to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.

    Engage in marketing, networking events, and continuous learning opportunities.

    Conduct daily outreach to drive business growth and generate referrals.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business sales experience.

    Experience in commercial sales and marketing is preferred.

    Strong communication and negotiation skills.

    Results-oriented with a focus on exceptional customer service.

    Proficient in business software and technology.

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

    Background check required as per applicable law.
