The client success coordinator will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic relationships with businesses, professionals, clients, and community resources that serve our ideal clients. You will build a robust referral network while also becoming a valuable connector between our clients and trusted post-representation services. The compensation listed includes a base and an incentive-based plan. The selected candidate will be required to travel to all of our firm's locations in West Virginia. Responsibilities: Prospecting & Referral Relationship Development • Identify, engage, and build relationships with businesses and professionals who serve our clients before, during, and after our firm's representation. • Represent Klie Law at networking events, professional associations, and community gatherings to establish strategic alliances. Pipeline Development & Management • Generate and nurture leads from professional referral relationships, coordinating closely with the Marketing Manager to maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects. Client and Partner Engagement • Create and manage follow-up processes with partners and referral sources, ensuring continuous engagement and mutual value. • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop strategic co-marketing initiatives, including joint webinars, workshops, or events that add value to our clients and partners. • Conduct offboarding meetings with current clients to ensure they have the resources needed for post-representation success. • Nurture and maintain referral relationships. Reporting & Analytics • Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records. • Regularly report progress on partnership growth, pipeline activity, and revenue generated through referral channels. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in a sales, or business development role, • preferably within legal services, financial services, or similar professional service industries. • Demonstrated ability to successfully build, maintain, and leverage professional networks for lead generation. • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication • skills. • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple • relationships simultaneously. • Comfortable working collaboratively with marketing teams and clearly reporting results. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Experience or existing relationships within law-related industries such as financial planning, real estate, counseling, mediation, or other related services. • Familiarity with legal processes. Compensation: $56,500 - $100,000
