Business Development Coordinator - Law Firm Ambassador

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Business Development Coordinator / Law Firm Ambassador’s primary responsibility is to generate revenue by increasing sales through co-counsel and lead generation opportunities. The Business Development Coordinator / Law Ambassador ensures the organization's business development strategy is implemented to targeted audiences in order to meet sales objectives. To Apply: Please submit all of the following: • Your resume; • A cover letter; Compensation- $45,000 - $60,000 yearly DOE (Total compensation could be as much as $100,000) Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: • Develop and execute effective sales and business development strategies and tactics to capture client referrals and enhance the firm’s presence in the community; • Attend events and proselytize the stellar work of the Firm and the value of engaging TMAPC as co-counsel for cases within our area(s) of specialty; • Develop lists of target law firms, medical providers, and other sources of potential clients; • Oversee and manage a strategic business development plan and budget that will induce years of measurable growth; • Increase and further develop the number of law firms that utilize our stellar co-counsel program in the Atlanta Metro area and across Georgia; • Collaborate with Attorney Madden and Senior Directors; • Manage day-to-day Business Development initiatives; • Coach attorneys, and other staff on tactics needed to bring in and retain new business; • Develop and execute vendor management campaigns across various channels; • Report weekly to the Firm CEO; • Attend a regular cadence of meetings with the Firm CEO. Optimize conversion of qualified leads by: • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize the transition from lead generation to client acquisition. Contribute to communications efforts: • Work closely with the marketing team to leverage public relations strategy to enhance the firm's reputation and visibility in the community and optimize lead generation/client procurement efforts. Stay up-to-date on sales trends: • Continuously research and implement new marketing technologies and strategies to stay ahead of the curve in the competitive legal landscape; Budget Management: • Develop and manage the Business Development budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various marketing initiatives; • Report on business development expenses and assist the COO in capturing data to ascertain business development campaign ROI. Qualifications: • Education and/or experience in marketing, sales, and/or business; • A 2-year degree is acceptable, but a Bachelor’s degree is preferred (A high school diploma is required); • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a sales/business development professional with a proven track record of success, measured by your contribution to revenue growth. (Experience in the legal industry is an important plus!); • Bilingual is preferred, but not required; • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and CRM software; • Ability to multitask and stay self-motivated; • Knowledge of sales and business development principles, as well as vendor management; • Experience with lead nurturing; • Outstanding communication, writing, and public relations skills; • Solution-based mindset / problem-solver; • Entrepreneurial spirit. This is a hybrid position, as the ideal candidate will be “in the field” nurturing vendors, colleagues, and client relationships. Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly DOE
