    Job Description

    Website Management:

    · Create engaging landing pages for new and existing industries.

    · Develop microsites for targeted marketing campaigns.

    · Generate compelling blog post content to attract and engage audiences.

    · Monitor website health using SEMrush, ensuring optimal performance, and addressing any issues promptly.

    Social Media Management:

    · Generate creative and engaging content for social media platforms.

    · Plan, execute, and analyze data from social media advertising campaigns.

    Marketing Materials:

    · Coordinate the procurement of marketing supplies and materials.

    · Develop visually appealing designs for marketing collateral or liaise with external designers.

    · Manage communication with vendors for marketing materials, including quotes and proofs.

    Marketing Campaigns:

    · Develop comprehensive campaign strategies to target specific industries.

    · Conduct thorough industry audits to identify key opportunities and challenges.

    · Create and execute campaign content and schedules.

    · Analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies and drive results.

    · Prepare detailed reports on campaign outcomes and make recommendations for future improvements.

    Lead Generation:

    · Implement and monitor online lead generation strategies, including online quotes and networking opportunities.

    · Providing support to the producers by coordinating client meetings, preparing sales materials, and assisting in the development of sales strategies and tactics.

    Communication:

    · Research, apply for, and manage communications for industry awards and recognitions.

    · Coordinate communication with vendors for marketing purposes and office visits.

    Content Creation:

    · Develop high-quality content for articles, white papers, and marketing materials.

    · Maintain and update internal documents, such as the New Hire handbook and digital materials.

    · Assisting in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients or business opportunities.

    · Create engaging short videos and podcasts to promote marketing campaigns

    Meetings:

    · Prepare presentations for internal and external meetings.

    · Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room setup and scheduling.

    · Develop monthly staff meeting presentations and facilitate carrier visits.

    Events Management:

    · Plan and execute events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

    · Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and attendee registration.

    · Develop promotional materials and communications

    · Work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless event execution

    · Occasional travel may be required to attend and assist at industry trade shows and events.

    · Represent the company at local organizations and community events
