    Director / Executive - Business Development (Software & Digital Services)

    We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Leader to expand our presence in the software engineering, product design, and digital services industry. This role is focused on identifying and securing new enterprise clients, developing long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a critical role in shaping professional service engagements, opening new accounts, and building a strong client pipeline.

    What You Bring:

    Director Level:

    • 10+ years of experience in sales or business development within software engineering, digital services, or consulting.

    • Proven success in securing new accounts and meeting/exceeding sales targets for the past three years.

    • Expertise in selling professional service engagements and navigating complex sales cycles.

    • Strong relationships with C-suite leaders and a track record of high-impact deal-making.

    • Strategic planning experience with the ability to build and execute effective territory plans.

    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.

    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of consistently meeting revenue goals.

    Executive Level:

    • 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity, with a strong record of business development success.

    Bonus Points For:

    • MBA in business, marketing, or a related field.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to book meetings and secure new business.

    • Identify and pursue opportunities for new Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and market expansion.

    • Maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring steady progress from prospecting to closing.

    • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and C-suite executives.

    • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning client challenges with tailored service offerings.

    • Create compelling proposals and lead sales presentations to secure high-value deals.

    • Achieve sales targets:

      • Director: $3M+ in revenue in the first year.

      • Executive: $1.5M+ in revenue in the first year.

    • Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring alignment with company goals.

    • Leverage internal networks, working with consultants and technical teams to generate new opportunities.

    • Collaborate across teams (design, engineering, project management) to deliver client-focused solutions.

    • Mentor and support other sales professionals, sharing best practices and insights.

    • Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.

    • Track and report sales performance, using CRM tools to maintain accurate records.
