We're looking for a Business Development Director to fuel our growth by securing strategic partnerships, expanding our market presence, and driving revenue.
Your Role: You’ll be the face of LIFELENZ in the QSR space, identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals that make a real impact. This is a high-energy, hands-on role for someone who thrives on meeting targets and fostering client relationships.
What You'll Do:
- Develop Strategy: Lead and execute business development plans to grow revenue in the QSR sector.
- Find Opportunities: Research and pursue leads, attend industry events, and build a strong network of industry leaders.
- Drive Deals: Lead negotiations from start to finish, ensuring deals align with company growth targets.
- Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product offerings meet client needs and deliver value.
- Present & Pitch: Clearly communicate our value proposition through proposals, presentations, and product demos.
- Market Insight: Stay on top of industry trends and competitive movements to keep us ahead of the curve.
What You Bring:
- Proven business development experience in the QSR or fast-food industry, especially with SaaS or technology solutions.
- A strong network of industry contacts and decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience managing long sales cycles with a consultative, solutions-based approach.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and tools like Outreach.io.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for key client meetings and events.
