Compensation • Salary Range: $100,000-$110,000 • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $160,000+ • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Comprehensive Benefits: Available after 30 days • Performance-Based Bonuses • Retirement Benefits Included Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Relationship Management • Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities. • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. • Meet on-site and occasionally entertain prospective and existing clients, uncovering opportunities to expand business relationships. • Utilize the CRM system to track communications, leads, and opportunities, advocating for best practices in client management. • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth. Project Oversight & Execution • Work closely with internal teams to align sales, production, and service goals with client expectations. • Coordinate the planning and execution of projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. • Apply a solutions-oriented approach to overcome challenges and exceed client expectations. Team Collaboration & Leadership • Foster collaboration across departments to streamline operations and optimize service delivery. • Contribute to team development by providing feedback and leadership to enhance performance and operational efficiency. • Maintain a results-driven culture, promoting accountability and shared success. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or client relations, ideally in a construction or project-based industry. • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. • Proven experience in identifying business opportunities and executing sales strategies. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. • A strategic mindset focused on business growth and client satisfaction. • Ability to prioritize and navigate client and team needs effectively. • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. • Proactive, goal-oriented, and adaptable to evolving business demands.
