Position Description
The successful candidate is a key member of the LH Business Development Team supporting business development activities, assist with identifying new opportunities, preparing marketing materials of the organization and its entities. Responsibilities will include the management of our Customer Relation Management (CRM) system, website management, corporate marketing documents, and business and corporate events and industry conferences. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Business and Capture and work with proposal managers, technical experts, business leaders, and customers to craft compelling marketing solutions to achieve the LH vision and objectives.
Responsibilities
Working with senior team members to identify and manage corporate opportunity pipeline, proposal development, and transition activities
Identifying and researching opportunities in new and existing markets
Qualifying, modifying, and securing business opportunities for the organization and its entities
Developing strategies and tactics for marketing the LH companies consistent with our brand
Deploying successful marketing campaigns and own the implementation of the strategies from implementation through execution.
Producing engaging and meaningful content for our website, marketing materials (printed brochures, digital copy), and customer engagement materials (slide presentations, briefing materials)
Assisting leadership with creating BD/Marketing budgets, event planning and scheduling, sponsorship and other outreach opportunities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business objectives and translate to meaningful proposal and RFI responses as well as marketing copy
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and opportunity tracking
Manage and optimize the CRM platform to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and streamline reporting and business development activities to assist in achieving growth goals
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing and sales process and CRM management
Comfortable with data, translating metrics, and configuring reporting in the CRM
Strong understanding of Unanet CRM Platform
Solid knowledge of website creation, maintenance, and analytics tools
Up to date on current trends and best practices in effective marketing
Experience with microservices architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.
