    We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the funding or mortgage lending industry, with a proven ability to network, develop business autonomously, and drive sales. This role will involve managing hot leads, cultivating new opportunities, and contributing to our company's growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate new business and expand existing client relationships.
    • Engage with hot leads to convert them into successful funding agreements.
    • Network and build strong relationships with potential clients, industry professionals, and referral sources.
    • Demonstrate expertise in funding and mortgage lending to effectively address client needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
    • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure accurate and timely processing of client applications.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in the funding or mortgage lending industry with a track record of success in sales.
    • Strong ability to network and develop business independently.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work autonomously.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

    What We Offer:

    • Competitive base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 plus solid commission structure.
