Responsibilities: Duties and Responsibilities • Increase opportunities for business by prospecting and developing relationships with business leaders • Partner with economic development organizations to support corporate relocations • Deliver presentations to company stakeholders and decision-makers, including but not limited to area overviews, our company’s capabilities, and the introduction of new programs • Ensure that a seamless experience is delivered to corporate clients and relocating employees • Organize a database, manage correspondence, and provide reports • May oversee other relocation staff members and serve as a backup to other team members as needed • Manage complex projects and maintain confidentiality • Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned Qualifications: Education: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and sales or business experience Experience: • Four years of business experience • Previous real estate or relocation industry experience is a plus • Experience working with decision-makers, corporate clients, and business partners is a plus Knowledge and Skills: • Assertiveness, bias for action • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills • Friendly, positive, outgoing, and energetic demeanor with a can-do attitude • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities; use time efficiently and set goals and objectives • Problem-solving skills • Excellent relationship-building and networking skills • Attention to detail • Public speaking skills • Project management skills, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently • Proficiency in business software and Microsoft Office suite Other • Overnight travel is required for business conferences during the year • Daily local travel to meet with local clients • Driving outside of the Charlotte area will be needed occasionally • Valid NC Driver’s License with proof of clean driving record • The position requires the operation of personally owned vehicle, that is dependable and in acceptable working condition • Real estate license a plus • Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) a plus • Relocation industry training will be provided Performance expectations: • Meet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal form or communicated by management • Perform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism • Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers, and business partners • Demonstrate the behavioral and technical competencies necessary to effectively complete job responsibilities. Take personal initiative for technical and professional development • Follow the company HR Policy, the Code of Business Conduct, and all subsidiary and department policies and procedures, including protecting confidential company information, attending work punctually and regularly, and following good safety practices in all activities Compensation: $60,000 yearly
