Job Summary:
The Business Development Leader’s primary duties include overseeing the sales/business teams of multiple NFI entities to identify business opportunities, build and maintain long-term relationships with current and prospective clients, and collaborate with executives on business strategy to determine objectives and maximize sales potential.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Oversees efforts in and assists with identification and research of potential prospects
· Develop and give presentations to current and prospective customers and internal executives
· Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow the business
· Maintain relationships with new and existing customers
· Understand each NFI entities business processes and product offering
· Periodically travel to trade shows or customer locations
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Minimum of bachelor’s degree or degree in related field
· At least three years of experience preferred but not required
· Proven leadership experience
· Willingness to travel to various NFI entities
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and analytical skills required
· Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines as required
· Willingness to work constructively in a team atmosphere
