Job Overview: Join Aggreko's dynamic team as a Business Development Manager in our critical Data Center Sector. You will be pivotal in ensuring that our customers have the power, heating, and cooling necessary for success. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the Data Center industry and a strong track record in B2B sales within the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual sales plans for the territory.
- Lead generation, cold calling, account management, and deal closing.
- Track sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders.
- Partner with operations and logistics for project execution.
- Maintain a general understanding of our product offerings, including power generators and HVAC systems.
Must-Have Skills/Experience:
- 7-10 years of direct B2B sales experience.
- Proven proficiency in managing a full sales cycle.
- Strong knowledge of construction and data center builds.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in building and construction services.
- Knowledge of power and rental generation sectors.
- Significant record of booked business.
- Skills in value-based solution selling, not just transactional sales.
