Our headquarters is located outside of Atlanta, GA with an administrative and recruiting office located in Mumbai, India.
Yash Solutions LLC is looking for Business Development Manager/Account Manager-IT Staffing to work from Rockhill, SC area. Ideal candidate should be a hunter, responsible for developing new business, selling IT Solutions in Southeast. This includes selling turnkey, end to end solutions and services based on SOW.
The ideal Business Development Manager should have existing business relations with Directors/ V.P. or C level executives. Should have done business with these clients.
QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:
The ideal candidate must have a positive & upbeat mentality and strong consultative selling skills.
Responsive, highly accountable, and solution focused when dealing with clients.
Strong knowledge of IT Staffing and MSP business
Ability to set and manage expectations and negotiate for closing with clients.
Should have experience selling to C-Level Executives
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop client business through a combination of methods that may include all or in part: research, lead generation, prospecting, networking and in-person appointments.
5+ years of experience in an Account Manager / Business Development role and have extensive experience working with MSP’s/ direct clients. Strong preference for experience in IT Staffing
Continually track client activity to identify opportunities and qualify new leads in existing and new accounts.
Sourcing the right candidates and meeting sales goals.
Ability to sell solution which includes IT services.
Prepare research on your target accounts and conduct meetings with existing and new client contacts. Set up discovery calls with clients to understand the pain points and bring in new business.
