    Join a family-owned cold storage company as a Business Development Manager.  Operating a large-scale temperature-controlled facility, our client serve a variety of clients, including food manufacturers, distributors, and businesses needing specialized storage solutions. We’re looking for a proactive professional to drive customer acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen our competitive edge in the market.

    • Anticipate $70K-$90K annually, based on experience
    • Performance based incentives

    Role:

    • Create and execute a strategic sales plan to attract new customers in food manufacturing, distribution, and related industries.
    • Identify and secure new accounts, partnerships, and business opportunities to increase revenue.
    • Perform market research and competitive analysis to differentiate our services from national competitors.
    • Work with leadership to enhance service offerings, pricing strategies, and billing structures for optimal client value.
    • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers at prospective clients.
    • Lead sales visits, presentations, and contract negotiations with potential customers.
    • Monitor industry trends, regulations, and client needs to develop customized solutions.
    • Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or account management within cold storage, logistics, or food distribution.
    • Strong industry network with the ability to bring in new client relationships.
    • Experience in service innovation, pricing strategies, and revenue growth initiatives.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
    • Self-driven and results-focused, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, independent environment.
