About the Role: We're seeking a driven Business Development Manager with at least 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding sales, specializing in international air/ocean freight. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in securing new business and growing existing accounts. This is a hunter role with a rewarding commission scheme.
Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
Grow revenue and market share within your assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with the Branch Manager to exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
3+ years of sales experience in freight forwarding (air/ocean).
Proven ability to onboard clients and increase market share.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
