Compensation: • Expected First Year Earnings: $80,000+ • Commission on every warranty sale • Car allowance and gas reimbursement • Paid training • Comprehensive health insurance , including dental and vision • 401(k) with matching • Paid time off (up to 5 weeks) • Short-term and long-term disability coverage • Employee referral rewards • Parenting time pay Responsibilities: • Travel daily within the assigned territory to engage with clients in person • Identify, generate, and close new sales opportunities for home warranty services • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with real estate professionals and strategic business partners • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain ongoing follow-up to ensure client satisfaction • Utilize CRM software to effectively track and manage daily tasks, appointments, and sales activities • Educate potential customers on the unique benefits and features of our home warranty products • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation and conversion strategies • Participate in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and refine sales techniques for greater success Qualifications: • Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets • Strong communication and consultative selling skills • Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage sales activities • Confident in delivering group presentations and engaging in public speaking • Self-motivated with a "road warrior" mentality, comfortable with regular travel and face-to-face client engagement Compensation: $80,000 OTE
