    Join our client's team as a Business Development Manager, a pivotal role in spearheading revenue growth across the US by securing new customers. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you'll focus on selling a range of products including Pressure Vessels, Reactors, and more, crafted from materials like stainless steel and nickel alloys.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Driving Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans and forecasts, ensuring proposals in Salesforce align with revenue targets.
    • Customer Relationship Development: Invest 75% of your time in cultivating new customer connections.
    • Strategic Planning: Align sales strategies with company objectives, concentrating on sectors such as heat exchangers and refinery expansions.
    • Maintaining Quality & Safety: Uphold the utmost standards of quality and safety across all operations.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to troubleshoot issues and maintain transparent communication.
    • Expected travel: 30-40%

     

    Qualifications:

    • 5-10 years of experience in technical sales, with a preference for capital process equipment expertise.
    • Proven track record in developing sales plans to acquire new customers.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Strong consultative selling skills.
    • Previous experience in fabrication is advantageous.
