A client of CareerPro Staffing Services is seeking a Business Development Manager with experience in contract Construction Staffing.

This is a hybrid position in the Boston, MA, market. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Construction Staffing and a successful record of success. Base pay can range from $75K to $100K, depending on experience, plus bonuses and commissions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in the daily use of CRM software
• A high-level of drive, discipline, creativity, and motivation
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing a sales plan
• Verifiable history of success within the Construction Staffing industry. 3+ years of experience in required 
• Ability to build high-level relationships with professionals up to C-level client contacts

EDUCATION & ADDITIONAL PREFERENCES

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience highly recommended
