We are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our Landscape Maintenance operations in the Central Texas region. This person will report to our VP of Sales.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Building and maintaining trusted relationships with key decision makers, discovering their pain points, and developing value-based solutions
Effectively qualifying opportunities
Building and presenting compelling customer-centric proposals
Working well with operations team members and leveraging their expertise with yours
Hitting specific activity benchmarks and closing business
Experience/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Driven, disciplined, focused, and enjoy prospecting
Working in a team-selling environment
Extensive face-to-face (B2B) selling experience
Experience managing multiple projects and a large territory
Experience with Aspire preferred.
Local knowledge and contacts in one or more market segments
