We are seeking a hard-working, resilient, and strong communicator to join our team as a Lead Manager. This role emphasizes building rapport and relationships with individuals and requires an outgoing, poised, and persuasive communication style. You will be the first point of contact for inbound sellers looking to sell their homes. Additionally, this role involves generating seller leads using our proprietary CRM system, lead generation software, and other high-end tools, with the objective of setting appointments for our Acquisitions Agents. The ideal candidate for this role has the ambition to grow within the company. A successful Lead Manager will grow into being an Acquisitions Agent. Responsibilities: • Answer calls from seller leads promptly and generate leads using our CRM system • Provide a smooth and friendly hand-off to one of our Acquisitions Agents • Demonstrate a sense of urgency for goal achievement across varied activities and simultaneous projects • Build relationships and rapport through outbound calling, focusing on achieving the engagement and commitment of others • Pre-screen sellers based on motivation level, sense of urgency, and other lead selling indicators • Make quick decisions in response to changing conditions when speaking directly with potential customers • Set appointments for the Acquisitions Agents based on seller motivation • Ensure process compliance and accurate KPI reporting in the company CRM Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Previous sales experience is preferred • Hungry to succeed • Strong organizational and time management skills • Real estate experience is a plus, but not required Traits of a Successful Candidate: • Disciplined • Organized • Coachable • Integrity • Process Orientated • High Achiever Compensation: $40,000 - $70,000 yearly
