    EverLine Coatings, a rapidly scaling commercial service franchise brand is looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team. In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop your own sales territory by developing relationships with new customers to drive business for our asphalt services. The Business Development Manager will be an ambassador of EverLine, adhering to our DRIVEN values.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work directly with owner to develop and execute on sales strategy

    • Create and establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales targets

    • Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline and maintain clean, updated records for all leads and customers through CRM system

    • Communicate effectively with potential customers, providing superior articulation of EverLine's value propositions

    • Coordinate and communicate with management frequently to generate leads and sales.

    • Submit sales activity reports and updates to management

    • Creative, personable and analytical mindset for developing new prospects and driving revenue

    • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and DRIVEN values to provide accurate representation of the Company.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Sales

    • A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role; candidates with a bachelors degree are considered an asset

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

    • Previous experience with Hubspot or equivalent CRM is an asset

    • Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations

    • Ability to problem solve effectively and anticipate customer reservations or inquiries

    • Strong work ethic with the drive to attain and exceed targets
