About the Role: Join EverLine Coatings as a Business Development Manager and take the lead in expanding our market presence across the Orange County and North San Diego County area. This role is ideal for a strategic, results-driven professional who thrives on identifying opportunities and scaling business operations. You’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, playing a key role in driving revenue and establishing EverLine as the premier provider of pavement maintenance and coatings solutions in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead business development initiatives to scale up EverLine’s sales, operations, lead generation and customer base in the Orange County and North San Diego County markets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the asphalt, concrete, and pavement maintenance industries.

Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, threats, and expansion opportunities.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic campaigns aimed at business growth.

Prepare and present customized proposals, bids, and presentations for potential clients.

Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and client onboarding processes.

Track and analyze sales metrics to ensure goals are met and report performance to leadership.

Represent EverLine at industry events, trade shows, and local networking functions.

Requirements:

Experience in business development or sales in construction

Demonstrated success in scaling business operations and achieving growth targets.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Southern California region.
