    Responsibilities

    Contacting new clients and developing new business by creating partnerships with clients.

    Effectively communicate and present the full range of organization services to client.

    Identify cross-sell opportunities and ensure the right suite of services to pitch to the client.

    Revenue generation through new and existing clients.

    Attend appropriate networking events and conferences.

    Ensuring to meet the clients on frequent basis for better business prospects.

    Developing relevant business proposals under the guidelines of Business Head.

    Requirements

    Minimum three years of experience in the business development of US IT staffing industry.

    Hands-on experience in business development and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.

    Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.

    Must be able to able to meet sales targets.

    Must have great business proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills.

    Familiarity with recruiting practices, employment law, and human resources processes is a plus.

    Excellent and professional communication skills – verbal and written.

    Strong critical thinking skills to meet challenges and tight deadlines to achieve client needs.
