Part-Time Business Development Manager (20–30 hours/week) About the Role Guardian Health Care is looking for a high-performing, trustworthy, and driven Business Development Manager to help grow the client and caregiver base. You’ll be the face of our brand in the community, building relationships with referral sources, onboarding new clients, and helping us recruit qualified caregivers. This role is part-time (20–30 hours/week) with room to grow. You must bring energy, professionalism, and a strong sense of ownership to the table. You’ll work directly with the leadership team and play a key role in expanding our impact in the Rock Hill area. Responsibilities: Your Key Responsibilities • Build referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living facilities, social workers, discharge planners, etc. • Represent Guardian Health Care at local events, networking opportunities, or facility visits. • Drive new client leads by introducing our services to families and organizations. • Recruit caregivers by promoting our mission and screening potential applicants. • Track progress weekly using our CRM and follow up with warm leads and existing contacts. • Be a professional ambassador of Guardian Health Care at all times. Qualifications: Who You Are • A natural communicator with strong integrity and professionalism • Comfortable with outreach, in-person meetings, and follow-up • Self-motivated , dependable, and accountable to results • Available during weekday daytime hours (flexible but consistent schedule) • Confident using basic technology and CRMs (or willing to learn) • Experience in home care, healthcare, or business development is a major plus What Success Looks Like • 4–6 new decision-maker meetings per week • 2–3 new client leads per week • 3–5 caregiver leads per week • Consistent weekly reporting and CRM updates • Positive community presence and referral growth Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
