Key Responsibilities:
- Find New Clients – Identify and pursue IT staffing opportunities.
- Build Relationships – Develop and maintain strong client connections.
- Analyze Trends – Research industry trends and competitors.
- Drive Sales – Create strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Network – Attend events to expand business connections.
- Collaborate – Work with recruiters to match clients with top talent.
- Report Progress – Provide updates on sales activities and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus).
- 3+ years in business development, sales, or account management in IT staffing.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals.
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
