We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with IT staffing experience to grow our client base. You’ll identify new opportunities, build relationships, and promote our staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Find New Business: Identify and pursue IT staffing opportunities.
- Build Relationships: Maintain and grow connections with clients to understand and meet their staffing needs.
- Research the Market: Analyze industry trends and competitors to uncover growth areas.
- Drive Sales: Create and execute strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Network: Attend events to promote HTG and expand connections.
- Collaborate: Work with recruiters to align client needs with hiring efforts.
- Report Progress: Share updates on activities, feedback, and insights with management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus).
- 3+ years in business development, sales, or account management in IT staffing.
- Knowledge of IT roles and market trends.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven success in meeting sales goals.
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
