Job Summary: This position is responsible for how IDLine will go to market in the promotional products industry. This will be accomplished through sales and marketing efforts to attract and retain customers.
Job Responsibilities:
· Attend trade shows, suite-style shows and industry related events to promote IDLine
· Act as part of the go-to-market team as an inside sales representative to help with projects and questions from our customers
· Work with CRM (HubSpot) to track interactions and follow up with customers from events and quotes
· Create and publish content for websites and digital assets for promotional products distributors
· Work to enhance brand through multiple sales channels
· Develop and utilize marketing analytics through multiple platforms
· Support customer service through custom product requests and marketing materials
· Multi-line Rep Support
· Create and Design of display materials and sample creation
· Support show preparation – orders in system, other products needed for give-away
· Support and update online search platforms as needed
· Participate in new product opportunities with existing equipment
· Other duties as assigned
Required Job Qualifications/Experience:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· 3+ years B2B sales and/or marketing experience
· Bachelor’s Degree or 2 additional years of work experience
· Ability to travel up to 50%
· Energy to engage with customers and create unique presentation experiences.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
· Brand management experience
· Promotional Product Industry experience
· Solution based sales/marketing interactions and presentations
· Desire to solve challenges for customers with unique solutions
· Multiple online analytics platforms – Google analytics, Facebook, etc
· Understanding or experience in the promotional products industry
· Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite
· Working with vendor management contacts for key account
Physical Demands:
· Some lifting and light manual labor may be necessary in trade show preparations, attendance and set up.
