    Job Description

    • Skills Required -

    • Minimum 4+ Years of experience in business development, Sales from Staffing Industry.

    • Should be ready to travel (80%).

    • Candidate should have past MSP experience or itself worked in MSP company in past.

    • Those have knowledge of vendor vetting process and evaluation questions.

    • Good in Representing capability sourcing deck and should know about diversity stack.

    • Any experience of submitting and preparing RFI/RFQ Open to travel and reach out in events.

    • Must have client's project bagging / client Acquisition skills / relationship with direct client or vendor.

    • Must have US - IT Staffing Business Development Experience.

    • Must have sound Experience in understanding IT Technologies / Software Products & Tools.

    • Must have experience as Pre-Sales/Business Development/Senior Accounts Manager.

    • Must be able to bag the project(s) from client on IT Staffing or Delivery (Onsite/Offshore).

    • Develop relationships with clients and key personnel.

    • Research and identify new business opportunities from IT sector- including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets in India and US.

    • Generate New Enquires and convert all given enquires into paying customers.

    • Responsible for acquiring relevant leads, new accounts, prospects through different channels.

    • Fixing appointments and setting up calls with clients.

    • Proven ability to handle revenue targets is a must.

    • Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills focused on simplifying and presenting complex information in an insightful and meaningful ways.

    • A candidate who already has client data has an advantage.
