    JAC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Business Development Manager to lead and grow our client base. This role will focus on driving new business opportunities by identifying, cultivating, and closing partnerships with companies that align with JAC's digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of business development in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive new business and revenue growth for JAC's digital marketing services. • Identify and research potential clients in target markets, focusing on opportunities that match JAC’s core services. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through networking, cold outreach, and attending industry events. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored pitches, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients. • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with client objectives and JAC’s service offerings. • Work closely with the internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. • Stay up to date on industry trends, digital marketing advancements, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a focus on digital marketing services. • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including Marketing & Advertising Plans & Strategies, Website Design & Development, SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media. • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management is a plus. This individual will work from a home office and travel to clients' operations as required. Compensation is a combination of a base salary, guaranteed for the first six months, and incentive based on a scaled margin system. The appropriate candidate will have the opportunity to take on additional challenges and enjoy personal growth and development. Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 per year
