    Step into a pivotal role in my client's dynamic Sales and Business Development team. As a Business Development Manager, you'll drive growth in the Midwest region, forging impactful relationships within the CDMO/CMO industry. Your expertise will help bring life-changing therapeutics to market, from early discovery through commercial manufacturing. API/Small molecule sales experience is required.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Providing insights and forecasts to senior leadership to support business growth.
    • Leading and participating in high-profile conferences and presenting to executive-level clients.

    About You

    • Be able to do the job as described.
    • Strong background in CDMO/CMO sales, particularly with peptides, small molecules, or API.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a track record of closing deals.
    • Self-motivated with a strong network on the east coast of the US.
    • Comfortable with frequent travel and managing client relationships remotely.
