    Job Title: Business Development Manager

    Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing connections with potential clients, promoting our modular wall containment services, and driving business growth. This is a 1099 role with a salary range of $45,000–$60,000 annually, plus commission.

    Responsibilities:

    Identify and target potential clients in the commercial construction industry.

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

    Actively market and promote our services through various channels, including social media, to drive business growth.

    Prepare, customize, and submit compelling proposals to potential clients.

    Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.

    Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs.

    Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

    Resolve client issues promptly and effectively to ensure long-term client retention.

    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

    Track and report on sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

    Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.

    Provide regular updates on the sales pipeline and forecast future revenue.

    Engage weekly with clients and prospects within a 30-mile radius of the service area.

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    Reliable transportation to ensure weekly engagement with clients within the designated radius.

    Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Superior interpersonal skills and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.

    Flexible and adaptable to challenges.

    Preferred:

    Three or more years of experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales (3–5 years preferred but not required).

    A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field (desired but not required).

    Experience in the commercial construction industry.

    Familiarity with platforms such as PlanHub and HubSpot.

    Comfort with social media platforms and their use for business development.
