    We are a landscape architecture firm with studios in London, New York, and Shanghai, specializing in landscape design and climate solutions. With 40 years of experience, we focus on revitalizing urban spaces through innovative public realm, urban design, and site-specific art, delivering award-winning projects from public art to large-scale masterplans.

    We want a passionate, talented, collaborative and experienced professional to join the leadership team, working directly with Partners and the Design Director in managing and directing the studio and the project teams.

    Responsibilities:

    Leading all project teams, overseeing project managers, designers, and client relationships. Needs to know how to run an office and manage effectively.

    Manage and administer the requirements of all project contracts, negotiate additional services outside the contract.

    Coordinate with the Financial Management team on budgets, invoices, billing projections, and accounts receivables. Lead in resolving technical project issues.

    Builds and expands client relationships to drive new business and enhance existing services.

    Stays up-to-date with industry trends regarding technical best practices.

    Need to have analytical expertise and contractual understanding developed through experience in an architecture firm, to evaluate contracts and ensure the proposals are accurate.

    Lead daily/weekly team meetings, ensure staffing needs with project leaders, and oversee workload, staffing, and timesheet approvals.

    The leader fosters inclusion, ensuring team building and morale align with a collaborative, healthy culture and practices.

    Qualifications:

    A bachelor's degree in architecture or business is preferred.

    5+ years of professional experience in a landscape architecture firm.

    10+ years of experience as a Business Manager, Studio Director, or VP of Sales.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Well-connected in the regional market and with global connections.
