Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their staffing needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and continuous engagement to maintain loyalty.
3\. Event Attendance & Networking:
- Regularly attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to represent the company and expand visibility within the community.
- Use events as an opportunity to generate new business leads, meet prospective clients, and strengthen industry presence.
4\. Proposal Creation & Negotiation:
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing staffing solutions that align with their business needs.
- Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales while maximizing profitability and maintaining client satisfaction.
5\. Selling Candidates to Clients:
- Assess client requirements and identify suitable candidates from the company’s talent pool, presenting candidates who meet the client’s needs and align with their business goals.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from identifying client needs to coordinating placements, ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process.
6\. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Continuously monitor the Reno market to stay informed about staffing trends, industry challenges, and competitor strategies.
- Use market insights to refine sales strategies and identify new areas of business opportunity.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role, ideally within the staffing or HR services industry.
- Network in Reno: Established connections and relationships in the local business community, with a passion for networking and a commitment to attending events regularly.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to clients and communicate value propositions.
- Strong Negotiation Abilities: Proven experience negotiating contracts, handling objections, and closing sales.
