    Members:

    As A Business Development Manager, You Will Serve As The Primary Point Of Contact For Our Valued Members, Ensuring Their Satisfaction And Retention While Maximizing Profit Opportunities For Our Members.

    You Are Responsible For Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Your Members, Understanding Their Needs, And Providing Solutions That Align With Their Goals And Objectives As Well As Growing Their Consumer Base And The Marketplace(S) They Serve.

    Responsibilities (Members):

    1. Client Relationship Management:

    Develop And Maintain Strong, Long-Lasting Relationships With All Your Members.

    Serve As The Main Point Of Contact For Member Inquiries, Requests, And Escalations.

    Conduct Regular Check-Ins I.E Phone Calls, Texts, Zoom Calls, Emails And F2F Meetings With Your Members To Understand Their Needs, Goals, And Challenges.

    1. Account Planning And Strategy:

    Listen Attentively And Collaborate With Your Members To Develop Account Plans And Strategies To Achieve Mutual Objectives.

    Identify Upselling And Cross-Selling Opportunities Within Existing Members & Vendor Partners.

    1. Revenue Growth And Retention:

    Drive Revenue Growth By Identifying Opportunities To Expand Services And Solutions Within Each Member’s Business.

    Monitor Account Performance And Identify Areas For Improvement Or Optimization.

    Proactively Address Any Issues Or Concerns To Ensure Your Members Satisfaction And Retention

    1. Risk Management And Issue Resolution:

    Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks And Issues That May Impact Member Satisfaction Or Performance.

    Act As A Liaison Between Members And Internal Teams To Address Any Issues Or Concerns In A Timely And Effective Manner.

    LEADS/PROSPECTS:

    The Business Development Manager, You Will Play A Pivotal And Vital Role In Driving The Growth And Expansion Of Our Company.

    You Will Be Responsible For Identifying New Business Opportunities, Forging Strategic Partnerships, And Nurturing Existing Vendor Relationships To Drive New Member Growth And Achieve Business Objectives.

    Responsibilities (LEADS/PROSPECTS):

    1. Market Research And Analysis:

    Conduct Thorough Market Research To Identify Potential New Members, Market Trends, And Emerging Opportunities.

    Analyze Competitors' Strategies And Market Positioning To Identify Areas For Differentiation And Competitive Advantage.

    1. Business Development Strategy:

    Develop And Implement Strategic Business Development Plans To Achieve New Member Goals And Expand The NSW - AMG Market Presence.

    Identify And Prioritize Key Target Markets, Additional New Verticals, That Will Help You And The Company Grow By Adding New Membership.

    1. New Business Acquisition:

    Prospect, Cold Call, And Network To Generate New Business Leads And Opportunities.

    Qualify Leads And Opportunities To Ensure Alignment With Company Objectives And Capabilities.

    Develop Compelling Proposals, Presentations, Delivery Approaches And Closing Techniques To Secure New Members.

    1. Vendor Partnership Development:

    Identify And Pursue Strategic Vendor Partnerships, Alliances, And Collaborations To Expand Your Opportunities And Network.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in a business development role and / or sales related field - Minimum 5 yrs. experience.

    Examples of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.

    Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (because in this role, communication is KEY)

    The ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment.

    Familiarity with Salesforce software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

    Self-motivated and results-driven – Must be a TEAM Player with the ability to also work independently.

    Must be willing to travel and stay overnight in territory.
