Business Development Manager - New Construction
Opportunity Overview:
This renowned Commercial/Multifamily GC has an opportunity for New Business Development in their Brentwood - Nashville Office. The role will be a crucial person for identifying and qualifying prospects and coordinating the pursuit of new construction projects.
The ideal person will be self-motivated and self-reliant and deeply engaged in the local Mid-Tn market for development of new (and existing) AEC industry partners for all potential business relationships.
This person needs a solid working knowledge of the various contracting methods and contract formats including general requires a solid working knowledge of the various contracting methods and contract formats including general contracting, construction management, design-build, etc.

> Ability to travel for Client meetings, Networking events and other BD activities.
> Maintain current database with contact/project information.
> Update project records
> Data/Info Updates:
> Ability to monitor and adjust to new market trends and establish new client and organizational base
> Establish new clients.
> Check publications
> Attend Networking Events and Conferences
> Create responses for RFP’s and submittal packages to new clients and bid packages
> Update and Distribute Marketing materials.
