Qualifications (Requirements):

Strong relationship builder who enjoys cold calling and networking.
Energetic, organized, and skilled at managing a sales pipeline.
Proficient in CRM systems and comfortable using technology to drive results.
Preferred Experience:
Business development or sales experience in the insurance industry, property management, or related fields.
Familiarity with CRM systems, social media marketing, and content creation.
Role on the Team:
Build strong relationships with clients, insurance professionals, and property managers.
Conduct regular B2B visits, cold calls, and networking to generate leads.
Manage a Marketing Activity Planner (MAP) and social media accounts.
Organize trade shows and maintain brand standards.
