    What You’ll Do:

    Build and grow powerful relationships with key referral partners.

    Develop and execute winning sales strategies to drive business growth.

    Engage with customers, close deals, and expand existing partnerships.

    Utilize cutting-edge tools like LUXOR CRM to maximize opportunities.

    Represent Paul Davis at networking, charity, and marketing events.

    What You Bring to the Table:

    3+ years of outside sales experience (bonus points for construction or real estate).

    A hunter mentality—you love chasing and landing big deals.

    A willing, can-do attitude with a drive to win.

    $75K-$90K base salary + commission (sky’s the limit!)
