We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and engage potential referral sources within your territory.
- Promote PRN's comprehensive range of outpatient physical therapy services.
- Advocate for our patient-centered approach, helping to expand our footprint and impact.
Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with physicians, their staff, and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with PRN therapists and referring physicians to drive successful patient outcomes.
- Facilitate meaningful interactions between PRN’s clinical experts and key referral sources.
- Partner with internal teams to highlight specialized services and programs.
Sales Strategy Execution:
- Achieve referral and revenue growth targets within your assigned territory.
- Implement sales tactics that align with PRN's overall growth strategy.
- Increase physician awareness of our specialized therapy programs to optimize patient care.
- Conduct engaging educational sessions for referral sources, showcasing PRN’s broad range of services
Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Stay informed about industry trends and market developments.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and manage your territory effectively.
- Provide regular reports and updates to Sr. Sales & Clinic Leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably outside sales or in the healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to build relationships and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to physical therapy.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territory.
