Responsibilities: • Identify and engage with skilled real estate agents who embody our core values of innovation, commitment, continuous learning, inclusivity, and collaboration. • Create and execute strategic plans to grow our real estate sales team effectively. • Establish and nurture strong connections with potential recruits and industry peers. • Manage the interviewing, assessment, and onboarding processes for new agents. • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement growth strategies. • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to pinpoint growth opportunities. • Provide continuous guidance and support to new agents to ensure their success and seamless integration into the team. • Drive growth in various aspects, including agent count, sublease space, preferred vendor partnerships, lead generation, and innovative revenue channels. • Develop a comprehensive growth strategy encompassing agent recruitment, vendor collaborations, lead generation, and new revenue streams. • Hold a real estate license to maintain industry knowledge and credibility. • Identify and implement new revenue sources like vendor partnerships to enhance the financial health of the office. • Contribute to the long-term success and sustainability of the company through strategic thinking and planning.
