    We are a leading property management company specializing in managing residential investment properties for owners. With a portfolio of several hundred properties and a commitment to excellence, we are looking to scale our operations and provide unmatched service to our clients. Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth efforts by acquiring 200+ new residential property management accounts annually. This individual will leverage digital marketing, direct outreach to property owners, and effective follow-up techniques to secure new business. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals. Responsibilities: • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities to refine outreach strategies. • Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations. • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to identify and engage property owners with residential investment properties using digital marketing tools, databases, and direct outreach. • Sales Outreach: Proactively call on property owners to introduce our property management services, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. • Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns aimed at generating inbound leads and nurturing prospects. • Follow-Up: Maintain a meticulous follow-up process to ensure timely communication with potential clients, address concerns, and guide them through the onboarding process. • Closing Deals: Effectively negotiate and secure contracts with property owners, meeting or exceeding monthly and annual account acquisition goals. Qualifications: • Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role, ideally within real estate, property management, or a similar industry. • Skills: • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and closing abilities. • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools. • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and property management software is a plus. • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not required. • Attributes: • Self-motivated and goal-oriented. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Resilient, adaptable, and resourceful in overcoming challenges.
