Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust account base, exceptional sales acumen, and the ambition to significantly increase sales and commissions. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the complete sales process, including identifying new opportunities, building rapport with clients, proposing solutions, and closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Industry Expertise: Must be knowledgeable in commercial and large format digital print processes, as well as kitting/fulfillment and print management services.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and account plans to cultivate a robust pipeline of opportunities and achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Account Development: Collaborate with the management team to nurture key customer accounts and drive incremental sales growth.
Technical Aptitude: Understand customer business requirements and effectively communicate these needs to manufacturing and other functional areas.
Best Practices: Leverage industry expertise to establish and maintain best practices for sales management.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Foster effective working relationships with all support departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Proven track record in business development, with demonstrated ability to uncover and close new business opportunities.
Strong oral and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
Experience in analyzing financial results and providing insightful explanations for variances.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of adapting to changing priorities.
Team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to support colleagues and collaborate effectively.
Compensation: This position operates on a draw against commission structure, offering significant earning potential based on performance.
