Generation Specialist to join our team and help expand our B2B network.
Role Overview
The Business Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our agency
by identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with
dental practices, and actively participating in government and institutional procurement
processes. This includes researching Requests for Proposals (RFPs), preparing bid responses, and
managing submissions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Prospecting:
o Research and identify prospective clients in the healthcare or dental staffing
industry.
o Use various tools (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM platforms) to build and maintain a pipeline
of qualified leads.
o Initiate contact with potential clients through calls, emails, and social media
outreach.
• Request for Proposals (RFPs):
o Search for RFPs and business opportunities across various entities, including state
and county governments, universities, veterans' affairs departments, and other
public or private organizations.
o Monitor online procurement portals and databases for relevant opportunities.
• Proposal Development & Submission:
o Collaborate with internal teams to prepare detailed responses to RFPs, including
drafting proposals, gathering required documentation, and ensuring compliance
with submission guidelines.
o Coordinate and participate in the bid process, ensuring timely and accurate
submission of proposals.
o Follow up on submitted proposals to address inquiries and track progress.
• Client Outreach & Relationship Building:
o Initiate contact with prospective clients and present the value of our services.
o Build and nurture long-term relationships with dental practice owners, office
managers, and decision-makers.
• Sales Strategy Execution:
o Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales
targets.
o Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Market Research & Intelligence:
o Monitor market trends in the dental industry and identify opportunities for
business growth.
o Stay informed about competitors, their services, and pricing strategies.
• Collaboration:
o Work closely with the recruitment and staffing teams to ensure client needs are
met effectively.
o Provide feedback on market demands to improve services and marketing efforts.
• Reporting & Documentation:
o Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and RFP
submissions using CRM tools.
o Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead generation, proposal
outcomes, and client feedback.
Skills and Attributes
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and proposal-writing abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with online procurement portals and RFP submission processes.
• Ability to adapt to US business hours (PST preferred).
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but
not required).
• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably
in staffing, recruitment, or the healthcare industry.
• Prior experience in preparing and submitting RFPs or participating in bid processes is a
strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of the US dental or healthcare industry is a plus.
