Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our market presence and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic relationships, generating leads, and driving revenue growth through partnerships and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential customers, partners, and industry leaders.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Research industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs to identify potential areas for growth.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and agreements to drive long-term business success.
Represent REAMCO at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of new business initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the electrical manufacturing or industrial sector.
Proven track record of generating new business and building successful partnerships.
Strong understanding of B2B sales, contract negotiations, and market expansion strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel as needed.
