    Renewal of NW Florida is an independently owned restoration dry cleaning company, specializing in providing dry cleaning services to property owners, insurance carriers, and contractors following household damage due to fire, smoke, water, mold, soot, and other disasters. With a reputation for excellence and extraordinary customer service, we proudly serve NW Florida and southeastern Georgia. Renewal of NW Florida is a division of Shamrock Cleaners and has been a staple in the community for over 40 years.

    We are seeking an Outside Sales & Business Development Mgr. to assist in meeting clients' restoration dry cleaning needs. The ideal candidate will seize opportunities, drive sales, utilize existing systems as well as developing new systems to elevate our business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Meet and exceed assigned sales goals

    Maintain and document sales routes

    Work both in and out of the office daily

    Inside and outside prospecting

    Effective utilization of our CRM tools

    Identify, initiate, and build relationships with target customers

    Strengthen existing customer relationships

    Engage in ongoing prospecting through networking and joining organizations

    Flexibility to work after hours and be on-call as needed

    Meet with insured parties, adjusters, contractors, etc., and represent the company with professionalism

    Organize and manage pack-outs, assess rooms, and determine the best approach for inventorying and removing textiles

    Act as the primary customer contact when necessary

    Maintain a valid driver’s license

    Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

    Business-to-business outside sales experience

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn company CRM tools

    Strong organizational and personal sales strategy skills

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Self-motivated, professional, with a drive for cold calling

    Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others

    Adaptable to changes throughout the workday
