    Position: Business Development Manager

    Location: Atlanta, Georgia Metro Area (Remote/Field Work)

    Type: Full-Time

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement effective business development strategies to grow Select Structural’s presence in the Atlanta metro area.

    Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and design industry, including architects, developers, and other engineering firms.

    Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

    Represent Select Structural at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings, effectively promoting our services and expertise.

    Collaborate with our engineering and project management teams to ensure alignment of business development activities with company capabilities and goals.

    Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.

    Monitor and report on the performance of business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

    Proven track record in business development, preferably within the structural engineering, MEP, or architectural industry.

    Strong existing network within the Atlanta, Georgia metro area's architectural and construction community.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships.

    Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while being an effective team player.

    Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Must be highly motivated, with a passion for excellence and a drive to achieve results.
